What’s included in our electronics packaging service?

The selection of high-quality packaging materials to ensure durability and longevity of your assemblies.
Electrostatic Discharge Packaging and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection to safeguard sensitive components from static electricity.
Moisture barrier packaging, which includes storing components in moisture barrier bags with static shielding. We use a vacuum packer to seal these bags, adding desiccant packs and a humidity card to monitor moisture levels.
Product identification, labelling and packaging documentation to support traceability throughout the supply chain.

Final box builds: Products can be packaged in bags or bubble wrap, depending on what is most suitable for the product. Where products are supplied with their own packaging materials, these can also be used in line with customer requirements
Assembled PCBs: Assembled PCB boards of various shapes and sizes can be packaged, including flexible and rigid boards
PCBs and components: Where components need to be supplied alongside assembled boards, these can also be appropriately packaged
Different product sizes: MPE can accommodate a range of product sizes, from handheld products through to full-size desktop units, with more specialised packaging requirements accommodated where required
