Material Controller

£28,500 – £30,500 a year – Permanent, Full-time

MPE Electronics Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy and friendly team.

Responsibilities include:

Liaise with the sales department to determine customer requirements.

To expedite purchase orders to ensure materials are available when required.

To advise the production and internal sales managers if delivery date to the customer is going to be delayed due to component supply.

Assist production manager with planning and scheduling production.

Monitor production times and report any discrepancies between the quoted and actual manufacturing times for individual products.

Required skills;

Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Methodical and well organised

Supply chain experience – preferred but not essential

Detail orientated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,500.00-£30,500.00 per year
